SHIPPING POLICY
At Ultease, we offer fast and reliable shipping to customers worldwide. Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation number.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

​Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will start processing on Monday

Once orders are shipped, shipping information will be sent to your email including the order tracking number.

Orders are sent out with signature at delivery.

​We offer free standard shipping on all orders over excluding sale or marked down items
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging to ensure your privacy.

Our team will respond to you within 24-48 hours, Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST, and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. CST.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ultease. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your package for a store credit only.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Return items should be in their original condition; unworn, unsoiled, deodorant and makeup free with all product tags attached in their product packaging.

Furthermore, the item tag and hygiene sticker must still be attached. Returns will not be accepted without the tag(s) and hygiene sticker. For hygiene reasons all bikinis should be tried over your underwear.

A return form will be included in your shipment, which will include instructions on how to return your items.

A customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

​Final sale and marked down items are not eligible for returns.

We don't provide price adjustments, and the purchase price displayed on the website at the time of purchase is final. Say, If the price changes after you made your purchase, the new prices cannot be applied to any previous orders.
Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your return and are inspected, we will process your store credit or exchange as quickly as possible.
